Hey there,

I want to start out by thanking you for all the hard work and effort you have put into not just these mods but also this site. These mods truly make this game and I'm grateful you continue to update and maintain them so people like myself can enjoy them.

In saying that, I've decided to reinstall the Sims 3 and have once more found myself back here... except, for whatever reason, none of the download links are working. It appears I keep running into a network error and wind up at this screen:



Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

PS I'm a touch worried it may have to do with dropbox as I've been having a terrible time with downloads from there.

Sorry to hear about your downloading troubles.

Can you share the full URL that you're trying to reach from NRaas.net? I don't remember seeing mod files hosted on Dropbox but I might be wrong.

Our file downloads are technically hosted on Dropbox to help alleviate bandwidth stress on the site. If one is unable to download content from Dropbox directly at all, then likely the same problems will occur when attempting to download from here as the links are redirected through that system.

Dropbox itself is harmless and pretty ubiquitous. Do you know why you are having trouble with it? Is it your ISP or some other force that is blocking things generally, or might it be something you have installed such as an over-zealous security program that can be adjusted?

I've messed around with my settings a bit more and realise it was my ad blocker that was getting in the way of things. Everything is working swimmingly now that I have disabled it. I feel a bit like a moron but thank you for pointing this out for me, @igazor ! Thanks again for everything -- sooo excited to get these into my game.
