I have made my custom career, but the problem is that after I get the number, and then replace the NoCareer and changes the instance, it STILL shows numbers. I am already doing what the simswiki tutorial says and asking for other's help. Some say ThomasRiorden's workaround on MTS works, but is there other way?

Did you actually update your STBL with exactly the key displayed in game ? Even one character difference and the game will not associated your translation with the key.
