Yes that is correct. Also note it doesn't affect wages in worlds classified as Downtown's, i.e. Bridgeport. If you do ever find the time a crazy person like me would find it useful. The days worked, hours per day, and wage tunings have to be set so every sim gets paid according to their level and career field.
