I've just been leaving phases as is. I don't really operate like twallan in the sense that new features come in spurts rather than all at once. I'd be up to phase fifty on some and have to create new pages each release if I did. Version numbers suffice for me.

As for editor name I assume you mean my name next to his? I decided to leave as is the original mods. 95% of the translation is his, not eager for credit.
