I want to send the next generation of Inactive YA's to the Homeworld university and, for once, I know actually how to do it (i'm happy to manually assign each YA). What I don't know is will the Inactive sims actually graduate?

Hi velvetmagras ... I believe they do as long as you follow <a href="http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Careers+FAQ ... ity">These Guidelines</a>. One thing to note though is if you rotate households your sims education gets interrupted. At least that is what happened in my game. I'm sure others will have more feedback for you.
