Hey all, 

I'm pretty confident I've seen this somewhere, but searching hasn't helped me locate it.
Is there a way to allow teens to use the homeworld university? Do they keep their degree throughout adulthood? What mod would allow this?

Lastly - what happens to an inactive townie once they finish their degree? The game does not reenroll them back in university, correct? They probably get pushed to find jobs (or in the teens case back to regular school)?
