Hi all. I'm designing a custom career as a Roboticist and want to know if it's possible and, if so, how to implement the old Sims 2 mechanic "Have X friends to be considered for promotion". I've been looking around at various metrics from jobs and it looks like this is no longer used in the Sims 3. How could I go about implementing this?
Furthermore, I'd like to specify that some of those friends need to be Plumbots. Eg. Have 5 friends and Have 3 Plumbot Friends to be considered for promotion (so 5 friends in total, of which 3 are Plumbots).

Would any of that be possible at all?
