I have two male sims who are genies as second okkult, they are now YA and I have the "no skin skalp" problem. Means the backhead is transparent.
I managed by resetting the sims outfit via DE (the sim changed into the basicdefault genie), did play with geneology (parents) so they look again like the sims they were.
Then I edited the everyday clothing, went back to game and copied it to all other categories via MC, deleted the first clothings and edited the other categories again in CAS, they all are correct now, but
I could not find any way to do this with the naked outfit. This one is still bad.
Or copying a right naked outfit from another genie sim to them. I don't know why I have this glitch only with the two, I have a lot genie sims.

Does anybody know a trick?

Sim >> Intermediate >> Transfer Clothing or Sim >> Basic >> Remove Outfit (module Cheats is required). It doesn't work for you?

As I wrote it does for all other outfits than the naked outfit, this you cannot choose there, unforunately

O.k. solved it with a workaround.
Note that if one single outfit has such glitch and you save your sim in CAS or Stylist this glitch is also kept in the saved sim.

Now, I brought the sim to CAS,
- opened the other fine sim with the correct naked skalp skin and replaced my current
- edited the clothing
Back in game I checked the naked outfit and it is FINE now, yippie
- I finally do a Play with genetics so the geneology fits to his parents.
- went back to CAS and saved him to savedSims

PS: By the way I use the Sim Outfit Changing from CmarNYC on MTS it has more outfits available you can change on every sim you click.

Okay, I admit, we're not gonna be able to transfer clothing, but I checked and made sure the removal of the clothes might work. I'd try to do this in the hope that it will be generated more correctly.

Sara_Darkees - YEAH you are right ( Спасибо за подсказку ), this works too like a charme, I tried it on the second sim I have with the glitch

- click the sim
- MC/ Basic/ delete Outfit = the naked
- now take the sim into the shower and
THE OUTFIT IS FIXED

Sorry, I really oversaw that you meant the "Remove Outfit" option.

Yay. I also remember I had long ago forced sim to put on a special outfit and then I edited it with MC in stylist room. It worked when the main problem was the hairs. And now I thought that the browser's translator was once again broken.
