Can I set motive decay values differently for just one sim? (e.g. via relativity?)

Is there a way to set motive decay values differently for just one sim? (e.g. via relativity?) I like to choose a main sim and make my life a little more difficult with some disadvantages, but I don't want to break the entire family and have everyone suddenly similarly useless and micromanagement-needy

I saw relativity has some nice mechanisms to easily change the decay, and even per population sections and all, but I couldn't figure out how to set it for just one specific sim. is there a way to do it? If not, is there a chance this might ever be added?

Relativity has no options by population section (that I know of). Its purview is the passage of time and its effect on sims, which tends to mean all of them in an entire world. The only mod that is truly selective on sims' behavior and effects of things on their lives (more so what they are pushed around to do) would be StoryProgression but the two mods are so independent that they don't really "know about" each other and SP's main purview is the inactive resident population, not the actively played ones.

I don't think there is any way to achieve the effect you have described. You could give them a lower quality bed and shower to use and lock them out of rooms with particularly fun or higher quality objects, but those are pretty weak implementations to get the effects wanted.

It is possible for a future addition. I'll note it.

Does someone maybe know a non-nraas mod that could be paired up with nraas to do this? I think it'd be great to e.g. roleplay a chronically ill Sim, especially since Sims 3 doesn't really have custom traits to help out instead. (I think there are some with such negative effects for Sims 4.) Or can it be done with nraas these days?

Edit: can somehow vector maybe be used to make a non-infectious and forever ongoing disease that can be inflicted on a single sim with negative decay effects instead?

If a talented script modder out there were to add an already wanted feature to an NRaas mod, it would probably be within the mod as opposed to external to it and we would ask if they could submit the updated mod to us (by way of GitHub). If it passes muster with our developer, then it could move onto the beta testing stage to possibly be or be part of the next release of, in this case, Relativity.

So that admittedly doesn't really answer your question except to say "probably not," unless the external developer is doing a pretty good job of keeping their work to themselves.

Oh oops, I meant like, non-nraas mod that just happens to be compatible with it and not break. I guess vector can't be used for a non-stop negative effect with no infectiousness then, either? But thanks for the response, very appreciated.
