How to delete a tree?

I've got a problem with this one tree that I have long time ago recklessly placed out of the edge of the lot. Since the tree is neither here or there, I cannot click on it anymore. Not in Build Mode, not in Edit Town. I'd like to delete it since I've made some changed to the surroundings around it and now it's conveniently in the middle of the path... But how do I do that?

Thanks in advance!

If you moved the tree while editing the lot, it should still be attached to the lot. If you have Master Controller you could try the following:

Click on the lot, then select NRaas -> Master Controller -> Object Stats -> Not Inventory
This brings up a list of all items on the lot. If you can identify the tree in question here, you can select it. Accept at the bottom right, and if you confirm that you want to flush the item it will be deleted. If you have more than one of this type tree they will all be deleted, I don't know how to avoid that.

If you can't find the tree that way it somehow got detached from the lot and moved to the world itself. In that case you might try saving the lot to the library and temporarily deleting it in Edit Town. The tree would than stay behind and you should be able to delete it. After it is gone you can put the lot back. This is theoretical though, I have never done this, so don't save, or save as to a different name, so you can go back if things go wrong.

I don't know if DebugEnabler affects such objects, but you can try to delete this tree by clicking next to it, calling DebugEnabler and choosing the "radius of removal" option. After that, enter 1 or 2.
