Hi, I have a family where the game keeps assigning other family members as their boss. How can I prevent this or correct it?

Well if the other family member either is a Partner in the rabbithole that the other family member is working at it's only natural that the one who has the Partnership is a Boss due to being part owner of the rabbithole. Same thing if they both work in the same career and one has a higher level than the other.
If this is what is causing I don't think you can other than sell off the Partnership or have them work in different careers.

Thanks Sittingbear! That explains it. The family does own the business where my other sim works even though none of them work at the same place.
