Woohooer Question

Hi, I'm having a problem w/this. I have a teen couple who are married, but they will not sleep in the same bed in spite of the fact that their relationship is 100%. Does woohooer allow the to sleep together in the same bed? They will woohoo, but then get up then I can't make them sleep in the same bed.

No, what you are experiencing is totally expected. Sims will cuddle, chat, woohoo, read, watch TV, nap, probably a bunch of other stuff I am not thinking of right now in bed with another sim whom they like. But not full sleep, that would be (apparently) be disgusting.

In order to remove that restriction, the SleepFreedom mod is required. Note that it only works on EA base game and EP/SP beds, not on CC beds nor (I don't think) on store content. Once the mod is in place, any beds already in the game for which the restrictions need to be lifted, so that means any beds your teens will be sharing with another not blood-related sim, will need to be replaced in Build/Buy with a new copy.

Yes, Store beds won't work, but you cause the Transmogrifier to make them Sleep Freedom compatible. Probably works for CC beds as well.

Thanks also Trey. The reason I had them marry is b/c she was a service sim (babysitter). Who only knows what the game would have done w/her when she aged up! She and my teen sim were already in love so I decided to have him marry her in. Normally, I wait until both parties are YA's, but I couldn't wait this time.

Ok, for this same couple, one of them aged up while the other is still a teen. Even though I have woohooer st for teen/adult woohoo, it is still locked. What more can I do besides aging the other up?

If you have the Woohooer and StoryProgression mods linked together, you have two choices.

1 - Explicitly allow flirts, romance, and woohoo for each age caste in SP. Woohooer would be honoring those settings across the mods.

2 - Break the link between the two mods. It's not entirely necessary to have in play, it never works right for me, and I've been playing with the link broken on purpose for years now.
NRaas > Woohooer > General > Link to StoryProgression > False

Thanks Igazor! The second option worked.

I'm going to stick this onto this thread since it is (I assume) related. How is it that elders are not eliminated from becoming preggers? I just had a 76 day old elder become pregnant!! Is there a setting to prevent this or can you guys edit the code to prevent elders? I'm sitting here in shock as camera zooms in to her and then the next thing I know, she turns invisible (no pregger clothes for elders) and I get the msg that she is pregnant!!!

I am assuming, but correct me if I am mistaken, that you do not wish elder females to become pregnant. Seems reasonable. That can be set in SP, not Woohooer, by creating a caste for Elder Females if you do not already have one and disallowing Pregnancy: Allow Participation (set to False) as that should essentially sterilize the sims in that caste. SP also has a setting that disallows Adults who are "too close" to aging up to become pregnant to avoid many cases where the parents won't live long enough to see their offspring grow out of the child stage -- this one makes more sense for some sets of age ranges, not as much for others. Remember we do not all play 90 sim day lifespans.

You could just use the Elder caste if you also do not want elder males impregnating others. If you allow male pregnancy, then you will have to decide if you wish elder males to become pregnant.

With the link between SP and Woohooer off, it may still be possible for elder (females) to conceive, but they won't stay pregnant for very long as SP will notice and silently terminate the pregnancy long before the baby bump would be scheduled to show up and thus require some kind of maternity clothes.
