Can't have romance with sim cus of caste?

I don't know anything about how the caste stuff works, I never mess with it. But for whatever reason with this one sim in particular that I want my sim to fall in love with it says something about the caste not allowing me to use any of the romance options when I click on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there. Are you using Woohooer? One of the default settings links Woohooer to StoryProgression and can cause this to happen if there isn't explicit age stage caste support for romantic activity in SP. The link has been known to break down for many of us and prevent that which should be happening anyway.
A path of less resistance may be to break the link between the mods, if they are both in play. NRaas > Woohooer > General > Link to Story Progression > False. I've been playing that way for years and it's been fine.
