I believe this is a MC question. At the seasonal festivals, the concession stands do not have vendors to sell the food, so my sims are starving and have to go home to eat. How can I bring the vendors back?

This is a pretty common occurrence when the game itself is left to staff those slots.

The sims who staff the festival booths are called Role Sims. The mod in this collection that assigns and controls them is Register, not MasterController. Do you have that one in play?
