I have looked up Youtube tutorials to confirm this, but I'm not having all the options show up in my MasterController for skill editing.

I downloaded the MasterController PACKAGE file here and added it to my Mod folder under Documents. It's there in my game and otherwise works fine. I've had this mod in the past and never had any trouble out of it. This is the most up to date version as well as I just downloaded it yesterday. 

I got to Nraas > MasterController > Advanced and the only options I get are the following:
Edit in CAS
Force Kill
Reset Sim

The only other mod I have is StoryProgression. Could those be interfering? I have most if not all the regular MasterController options otherwise so I don't see how they would be as I'm not having any glitches or anything so far. Since the update are the directions different that tutorials I've seen?

Hi there. I'm afraid we have no control over any misinformation potentially provided by independent You Tubers.

The commands you are missing such as Skills require the MC Cheats add-on module in addition to the base mod. Scroll down a bit to see the four add-on downloads for MC.
