Disabling "Advanced Panel By Default" in CAS has some issues

There are some issues when you disable "Advanced Panel By Default" in MC's CAS. See these two screenshots:

1. The Head and Ears panel will have the background for when a color option is available, even in the detailed panel.
2. As seen in the first screenshot, the basic panel is being shown, but the buttons on the top indicate the advanced panel being shown (which it isn't). This occurs when you switch to any of the look panels on the left.
3. On a similar note, the Head and Ears panel specifically doesn't make the active Basic / Advanced icon white. All the other Look panels make the active icon white. (This isn't specific to disabling Advanced Panel By Default, but I thought I would mention it here.)
