Hi,
I was recently searching for a mod in which I could kill my sims- indirect or otherwise. Contrary to how this may sound, I promise I'm not a sociopath or something. I just needed something more dramatic than spamming Age Up until a sim is dead, for story reasons. Vector seemed perfect for this.

However, I only want one Sim in my household to be afflicted with a lethal illness. If say, her offspring or husband gets it, can I just Cntrl+Click the moodlets?

No, removing a Vector disease requires engaging the mod's debugging utility temporarily so that you get a Cure (and Infect) command on the sim in question. Removing the moodlets merely clears the current symptoms, not the disease.

I suppose that using MasterController to Force Kill is not dramatic enough?
