Please forgive me for being stupid but, I read the wiki about Relativity but I still don't understand how to setup this mod and I don't want to accidentally break my game. I just want to slow down time a bit so I can get a little more done each Sim day but there are so many settings and I don't know what intergers to enter to do what I want it to do. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi dream9studios!

I found the best way to start using this mod is just to alter the 'Set Speed' option. Its default value is 37 so by changing it to around half that gives you twice as much time. Here's the full path from City Hall or any computer: NRaas > Relativity > Set Speed > 19.

Agreeing with Sarah_Sims, the place to start is Set Speed. The other options for finer tuning on things like motive deltas/decays and skill gain settings can come later if need be. I prefer 23 for a speed setting. The difference between that and 19 is subtle, but to me at 19 things just happen a bit too quickly relative to the game clock.
