Uploaded Script Error from Portrait Panel

I uploaded a Script Error from Portrait Panel, hopefully something in it can explain why my Sim completely disappeared. (UI went completely blank, couldn't zoom to Sim or anything.)
The backstory is that I created a "Supernatural Hunter" Sim meant to use the Assassin skill on all the Supernatural Sims in Moonlight Falls. Everything went fine until she used the Electrocute option on one of the Van Gould Vampires and two police officers tried to arrest her for her kill. As soon as she got in the police car, I got 13 error notices from Portrait Panel and the UI went blank.
