I had a game save where I had added the Dresser Mod, and noticed that the Time Traveler was not dressed in his proper attire. I was at the time thinking what an odd glitch, even talked about it over at the official sims forum.

Anyways, I have since started two separate game saves, but this time without the Dresser Mod, and in those game saves he is in his proper Time Traveler outfit. I don't know if anyone has noticed this or not, but I just wanted to point it out.

Did you have Dresser set to not use EP 11 outfits?

I think I have Dresser configured to only change outfits on age up. I've never seen Emit Relevart's clothes change before, but I have had the OL version of him change name and facial looks due to SP's replace roommates (or service sims) with immigrants feature.

It also I believe applies to sims that haven't been instantiated if the setting where in place before the Time Portal was activated it could affect him since he isn't instantiated until the Portal gets activated

If you have "Check Outfits \ Perform on Age-up" enabled, the mod will perform the "Check Outfits" validation under the following conditions:

When a sim changes age-stage.
For instance : A sim aging from a child to a teenager. Since the sim is provided a new set of outfits, the mod must validate the parts

When a sim is instantiated
When homeless sims are re-added to the game world, their outfits are validated
This is done since many homeless never age-up (such as Service and Role sims)
New immigrants are included in this process

When a sim becomes visibly pregnant
When a sim switches into their maternity outfit, those parts must be validated

Looks like service and role Sims are blocked so very peculiar.

Ohhh, so is that why this happened to me? Because I didn't touch the Dresser settings before realizing it might have done that to him
