Can I enable children to travel alone with Traveler?

The only mod stopping your Sims from traveling to the abyss. Did you end up there anyway? We'll try to help.

Can I enable children to travel alone with Traveler?

Hi everyone, I hope you had a gret weekend. I want to move a child between my two main worlds and realized I need to bring a chaperone, who I then also need to sent back again.. Any way to force the game to let my child travel alone?

Not sure that's ever been looked at, but when active gameplay is in the second world you could use MC > Add Sim > Homeworld (filter to Homeworld) to force the child into their new world and household. Of course, you have to transition active play to the second world first, which would mean traveling "with no one on board" to do so.

AH and that works without any glitches? As well as the Change hometown method?

Never mind that last question I actually went and did some reading^^ So you loose the inventory like this, that is sad.

Oh yes, if personal inventory, extended wardrobes (the clothes sims have I mean, not the furniture kind), and let's see what else...gender prefs but that wouldn't be relevant for children, are important to maintain then they really have to travel rather than be forced in by MC.

Workaround #2: Choose some sim you've never heard of or don't care about in the first world and make them a friend of your child. With Traveler set to unlock travel on friends from different households, they can then travel together and you can leave the "chaperone" on their own in the second world.

Note that no matter how you do this, the child won't be part of a target existing household in the new world right away but you probably already know that from having moved other sims around.
