For sims having multiple relationships, besides the happiness rewards, Above Reproach and Clean Slate, is there a mod setting that would reduce or eliminate reputation hits?

I thought I had read about something but can't seem to find the thread on here.

I think you might have left out the No Jealousy LTR (from WA)?

But reputations are funny things and almost impossible to control, or at least I've never been able to, and at least one of my sims has around 25 Romantic Interests although not all in the same world. The reputations are what the other sims see, think, and think they see, and are not necessarily based on reality. They are often enough what the nosy Mrs. Kravitz neighbors across the street think they see when peering through the Venetian blinds with their telescopes before screaming for their husbands who never believe them anyway (sorry for the sexism, but that's a 1960s sitcom reference from back when we just didn't know any better...)

I did forget about the No Jealousy LTR since I usually just allow one RI interest per Sim, but it will sure make for an interesting game!

I'll pass on the information and we'll just have to use those three happiness rewards once they're earned.
