So, I'm doing the 100 Baby challenge and noticed something. When I have more than eight sims in the household, I never have multiples, but if I have less than eight, I do. Is there a setting I need to change? Thank you.

I believe that Woohooer is supposed to cut through that restriction, if you have it in play. I forget exactly how this goes, someone should correct me if I've got this backwards, but it may require having the babies at home rather than in a hospital.

Another approach to take would be to temporarily, very short term, move some of the sims or the parent giving birth out of the household just before they go into labor then quickly MC > Add Sim them back in to put the household back together after the babies arrive.

I have Woohooer and tried what you said but she only has single babies still It's really frustrating.

Just to clarify, you have tried actually moving the mother (or some of the sims) out to a different household before the labor/birth begin so that the size of the official household of the birth mother is no longer greater than eight? If so, then it's not the size of the household that is restricting the multiple births.

Or perhaps you meant you tried the home birth idea (that's the one I might have backwards in my head).

I had her give birth in the house and hospital. No change. I don't want to keep moving the mother out and add her back in. I didn't have this glitch back then I'm gonna try to fix it but nothing has worked.

I fixed it! It was happening because I had a mod that gives the same horoscope to twins and triplets. At least that is what I think lol Thank you!

If you get a chance, can you tell us which/whose mod that was? There's a few of them out there and we know some of them became outdated. I use the one that bases zodiac signs on the season (of course the Seasons EP is required for that to work) by SimsMX from MTS. A few of his mods will not work correctly on current patch levels but I never thought this was one of them. It was at the time an update of an older mod by Cherry92 that is known to cause issues on current patch levels.
