My married couple are having a problem. They kiss and romance each other to death then go off and do other things. Then they got the want to have first child, so I directed them to TFB, but the option dropped from the que after they started the kissing and they went off to do other things. So, I turned on Woohoo Debugging to see what's going on and this is what I found:
With her active, clicking on husband: 1st Woohoo option ok, 2nd is greyed out. When I mouse over it says "EA Ruleset Fail"
With him active, clicking on wife: Risky Woohoo greyed out. Says "Replace with Risky Fail" / 1st woohoo option ok. 2nd says "EA Ruleset Fail".
How do I fix this and what's the problem? I'm using Woohooer v129. Also, when they were in France they had no problem when I directed them but still wouldn't perform on their own.

Woohoo Problem
It means that for whatever reason, possibly trait related, they don't want to woohoo. If you want to help ensure that they don't refuse once things can actually get started, you might want to change rule sets on them. Are you using the Woohooer Scoring module and Trait Scoring? Perhaps try changing NRaas > Woohooer > Scoring > Use EA Rule-Set for Woohoo from whatever it is now to the opposite (T vs. F).
On Try for Baby and Risky, perhaps up the Base Chance score a bit, keeping in mind that will affect everyone in town.

Woohoo Problem
Thanks igazor, these are some of the settings I have:
Base Chance Scoring = 0
Attraction Base Scoring = 0
Romance Base Chance Scoring = 0
Use Trait Scoring = True
Use Mood Scoring = True
Trait Scoring User Directed = False
Romance Liking Gate for User Directed = False.
Use EA Rule-Set for Woohoo is set to False
I've had these settings forever and I've never seen a user directed TFB or Woohoo fail. They kiss and the shower or bed comes up in the que but then it all drops away before they get to the shower/bed. I started using the above settings because my sims were always glued to the lips and woohooing ALL the time. These settings have worked for me but are being weird right now.

Woohoo Problem
Actually you have reported this before, but it was on newlyweds. Maybe it was before you changed the settings though. Something about seven brides for seven brothers, but one of the seven couples seemed to be frigid (is that the right word?) or too shy to go to bed with each other for a very long while. It was years ago but I remember this one because I stroked my chin thoughtfully and prescribed some cinnamon and a few other things to help them along. That's around when I got some goofy reputation here as an herb doctor and started getting teased for it.

Woohoo Problem
Yes, I've had this problem in the past. The one you're thinking of is my Farm Legacy Challenge. The couple who are having problems are newlyweds and he has the shy trait, but they know each other very well. I changed the Use EA Rule-Set for Woohoo is set to True and just after this change, one of the other sims married his girlfriend in the Ice cream parlor.... you got to keep your eye on these sims at all times or they got and get married behind your back! Anyway, he brought her home and flew right to the bed and got her pregnant LOL. He didn't seem to have any problems. Now I don't know if its because I changed the setting or because he doesn't have any problems. The problem couple were in bed sleeping. So I'll have to test them out when they wake up.

Woohoo Problem
Ok now none of my married sims have the option to woohoo or TFB. With the wife active I clicked on her husband and under romantic there was no woohoo/TFB options. But, if I click on the shower or bed the option is there. The only setting I changed was Use EA Rule-Set for Woohoo from false to true. Why am I not getting these options now? At least this time when directed to do so they did, it didn't fall from the que.
Ok, if they start the woohoo option on their own, it does still drop from the que. What is the problem with my woohooing?

Woohoo Problem
There won't be options to woohoo or TFB under EA's rule set if the short term context is too low. Are you chatting them up first to past Flirty to Alluring and then Irresistible? Actually, I thought this was true in any event unless you have an option or mod set to cut through all of that.

Woohoo Problem
They are married so have high relationship. On their own they flirt to the point of alluring and extremely irresistible. Then they will grab each other and the woohoo goes into the que but falls away and it doesn't complete. On the other married couple they flirt to alluring and extremely irresistible but then don't even get to the woohoo stage but just go separate ways. At least before I changed the setting there was the option under romance, now that's gone

Woohoo Problem
Yes I understand but do not know why the actions are dropping from your sims' queues. What I meant was that it's totally normal for the Woohoo and TFB options to not show up on sims who at that particular moment are still at Flirty or lower. My long-term married couples who have woohooed together a thousand times often do start out at Alluring or nearly there so it doesn't take much or any effort, a kiss and compliment might do it if even those are needed, but those who haven't progressed that far still need that chain of uninterrupted romantic interactions before the options show up.
Or, quite possibly, I am up the wrong tree barking here and something else is wrong.

Woohoo Problem
Thanks igazor, I get what you mean now, I think. Under Romance I get 2 layers of options, from flirt to whisper in ear etc. I found that if I set the Use EA standards set to False, then the woohoo/TFB show up, but the sims don't follow through, even though they start and even get the shower/bed in the que, then it just drops from the que... whats funny here is the wife will throw her hands up and sigh when that happens, as if its her husbands fault they don't carry through LOL
If I set the Use EA standards to True, then the options don't show up under Romance, so something's wonky.
Forgot to mention, I've had these settings always and never had this problem before. The only thing different is the world I'm in - Riverview, but can't see that causing a problem.
Interesting, one of my sims just got married and when they got home, they went right to woohoo and followed through on their own. Later when I got them romantic again, it just fell from the que as usual.
