Create A Sim Stuck on Processing Screen

I finally figured out how not to make CAS crash when using expanded sliders - However, when I try to save, the popup that says processing that comes up before you go and set family relationships never goes away - It's been stuck on that screen for over a day now - Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
