So, after getting my vampire sims their drinks from the bartender finally,

I have noticed that the vampire-themed drinks do not replenish their thirst.   Are they supposed to?  I would think a "hemogoblin shooter" would, considering only vampires can order it.   There are plasma sodas in the vending machines that work, and plasma nectar,why not these drinks?
 

I assume the bartender is shamelessly diluting your drinks to save. Bloody fruits on all bloodsuckers are not enough and... so take pity on the poor bartenders! By the way, about the bloody fruits. They make up for the thirst of vampires. Are you sure they're in stock?

They used to replenish a vampires thrist but that changed sometime after Supernatural but can't remember when.

I usually provide a vending machine alongside of the bar, using this mod so that vamps can have a convenient way to satisfy their thirst while on site.

I don't remember installing that one , but I definitely have Plasma Cola as a choice from vending machines.  I do have other mods from Icarus so maybe that's how I got this one.

Any chance there is something in Retuner that would change these drinks back to helping vampire's thirst?   I took a look in the "bar" object settings and didn't find anything that looked promising.

Am I supposed to stock the NPC bar with plasma fruit myself, then?
 

At Sims Asylum bluegenjutsu has a mod called Vampires can fill thirst level with normal food you'll need to register for a free account to see anything http://simsasylum.com/tfm/

I know this is old, but I still wonder if there is a tuning possible so vampires will order the special vampire drinks automically
like PlasmaPunch, Red Water?

Otherwise will place the vending machine again, but this is so sad.

Doesn't look like it through ReTuner, though I'm not an expert.
I didn't see anything under By Object > Bar/BarAdvanced/IBar for specific drinks or occults.

No thats right, you need to tune the bar xml, means you have to add all vampire drinks which are only available if the sims has the hidden trait vampire to ALL bar types, because they are not available for all.

But that's not my isue, the problen is that if a vampire is thirsty and orders a drink, it seems that they always order a normal drink which does not fullfill their thirst.

If I manually order that specific drinks with my active sim, it's ok, but I want them to order vampire drinks automatically.
This works well with the vending machine mod, but this is only a workaround.

I also experienced that sims with hybrid secondary vampire trait do not use the vending machine to get the plasma cola as fast as they should
