No fridge shopping ONLY on residential lots?

I have some community lots set up as themes restaurants with the pizzaria and bakery store items. I want to be able to shop from the fridge, EA-default style, on community lots, but have to have a stocked fridge to cook at home, like with ani's mod. Is this possible?
