I was having an issue where some store content was not working, so I did a clean folder and painfully entered all my downloads.
I REALLY don't want to redo all my settings for mods. How can I recover my saved file for settings? The "saved" file is a bunck of numbers!

If you are comfortable with S3PE, you could open the files and try to make sense if the stuff inside. The easier method would be to load up the old folder, import your settings into a game and export/save them again. The newest file in your library would be the one you are looking for.

If you had exported them prior you can copy the files from your old library folder to the new documents folder and the settings will be available for import.
