Were all of the pet animations ever fixed?
When I first played Pets back in 2011 the pets would occasionally stretch into a human shape for about three seconds. Being a bit cowardly when it comes to these kinds of glitches, I just stopped using that EP. The only issue I can find online is the permanently deformed pets caused by bad graphics. Did EA (or modders) ever fix these missing animations or does it still happen today?

Huh. As a Mac user running Windows, I have always had a few of those stretching pets moments. They look like human idles are being applied to pets. Probably, as you say, missing animations or somesuch.
At this point, my machine is much too new for the chip to be explicitly supported, so maybe that's a thing .

A study in blockheaded stubbornness: Playing the same legacy since 2009.

Also a Mac user running Windows, though on a much older hardware set. I only see the three second pet stretch very rarely these days and always put it down to my having a not strong enough graphics card to avoid them. Mine is perfectly adequate for TS3 with all EPs, but it's not the strongest card even of its era and cannot entirely handle all 800 MB of video memory that the game can work with. But I never saw this as a bug or missing animations, just a result of the Pets EP being very demanding.
