My sim is in university at the moment and I noticed that whatever he's doing, reading, studying, eating etc other sims keep coming up to him and watching him, then they laugh and point and do other weird things. They have his image in their thought bubble. The weirdest thing was when my sim went to bed 3 other sims jumped out of their bed and stood around his bed and laughed at him while he's sleeping LOL.

His wife went to the same uni and stayed in the same dorm and nobody did anything like this with her. I don't get it. I have heckling turned off.

His traits are Brave, Handy, Genius, Bookworm, Hopeless Romantic, Family Oriented and Childish... if that helps.

The point and laugh is an Awareness animation it's not Heckling.
If you have Shimrods Awareness mod installed which stops it unless they have the traits for it then it could be is the traits of the other sims causing them to do it.
Plus sims at Uni are kinda weird anyway.

Thanks sittingbear, I do have Shimrods mod but it doesn't stop this. It got so bad I had to give him his own bedroom with a locked door. Sims would stop eating and rush at him from the dining room, others would stop doing whatever they were doing and rush at him. One night he had 5 sims around his bed laughing and pointing while he slept. They even wake up to rush at him. If its their traits that's causing it, then why didn't they do this with the other sim I sent to uni? Strange behaviour indeed.

I've been seeing this quite a bit while working on the Student Union. If someone in the lecture room happens to wet the floor or pass out, everyone gets up from the lecture and starts pointing and laughing, etc. I do admit I might be a tad creeped out if I knew people were doing that while I was sleeping

At UNI many sims are over juiced! Get, rid of the beer kegs.

I've only seen this once when playing Mod-free for a new patch and I was quick to get my Mods back in ASAP after that.Mine happened because of celbrity disgrace and I got that turned off once the Mods were back through changing settings in story progression.

What moodlets does he have? What ones do the laughing ones have?

Hi Chain, don't know what the other roommates moodlets are because their unselectable. My sim just has the normal moodlets for being in college, study, good meal, well rested, attended class... nothing weird or out of the ordinary. When I go in game I'm going to check the traits of all the roommates and see what I can find out. He's in the science program if that helps. I've just never see a mass invasion of sims dropping what they're doing, including sleep, to gather around my sim and act like idiots before. Its really weird because they come from outside, downstairs and everywhere to gather and laugh.
