I'm not sure where I should be posting this so I'm sorry if it doesn't belong here. I tried googling it and using different search times on this site but I can't find a satisfactory answer. There are things I would like hidden/removed from my game from the base game as well as a few EPS I have installed. Is there a current mod for this somewhere on the web or does one of the mods here do that? Thanks in advance.

For CAS things, you can just use Kuree EasyCASP Editor. Note that you can't delete those unwanted CAS parts as you can only hide or make them invalid for random.

EasyCASP is great, but note that it will not function on Patch 1.69 in case that's in play here.

I am on 1.67 and use EasyCASP and I am not sure if these options will appeal to you, but:
You can use Master Controller to hide entire EP's. I use this feature to hid Showtime, Seasons and Uni CAS items. The down side is it is hide all or nothing but I found CC replacement CAS outfits and hair, etc. that I like better than what EA offers. You can always unhide if you want to play again with those items. Another option is to use MC to display in compact form.
Those options are here: from City Hall or a computer>NRaas>Master Controller>Settings>CAS>Select the options you want
