How do i Stop Notifications from Sims not in my Household

Post by ivysalamander » May 27th, 2019, 11:26 am

After downloading this mod, I have been given many notifications that have to do with plenty of sims that are not in my household, like them getting a job, improving a skill or walking their first steps. How do I stop these notifications from happening?

On City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > SP > General Options > All Stories > (select some subset other than "All").

There are other ways within the mod to suppress stories by specific content, general subject matter, and subsets/groups of or individual sims, but this is the best place to start. Note that any stories already in the queue will need to run out, so it can take several sim hours to a sim day to see any differences once the settings are changed.

Also note that suppressing stories (and story summaries) only affects the player notifications. The effects of such progression still happen with or without the accompanying story reports.
