Anyone know if this is possible? I google the question but only get sims 4 answers. I don't want my CC on random game generated sims, any help is appreciated.

This needs to be approached from the direction of the content, not the sims. SP doesn't have any say in what sims choose or get assigned to wear.

If the CC items are package based files, then each one individually can be opened up in a package editor such as S3PE and the Valid for Random options changed to False. If they are sims3pack based files, the same can be accomplished using The Sims Resource Workshop (TSRW) program, if you can get that to work, but the content would have to be uninstalled first and then the altered file re-installed.

Another approach involves using the NRaas Dresser mod and blacklisting the parts that should not be assigned.
