Well, any of the options but general options. The menu appears but selecting any of the choices results in nothing. Some of them are clearly meant to bring up an option to type in things, like percentages, or chose between options and I remember being able to do a year or so ago when I last played this game (I am running the latest version of the mod now though). Right now clicking on each like just makes it light up yellow.

After an option lights up in yellow, try clicking the checkmark button (or tick - not sure what you might call it) at the bottom right of the options box. It should then allow you to change the value of the option, or it will alter it from True to False (or False to True). You can select multiple options before clicking the checkmark. Does this not happen correctly for you?
