All the errors seem to be with the Future families. Granted, my present-day town is/was in a state of flux, lots of families breaking up or folks simply moving in and out of each other's houses, and it may be that SP just couldn't cope. I wonder, too, if part of the issue is that I haven't yet fixed the portal, so I can't visit the future - so none of the sims SP is trying to push have been generated by the game yet?

The only place I've visited yet in this game is France (once), and as best I can recall, the errors didn't start cropping up until after I came back from that trip.

You have outfit corruption due to the kinky world mod which is notorious for corrupting things and isn't compatible with our mods. I'm afraid we're unable to provide support to any saves that have or have had that mod installed.
