"Push: Allow to Party" issues

Post by YoureOnKrytieTV » December 11th, 2013, 10:17 am

Hi, Twallan. In the SP interaction lists, it notes Push: Allow To Party as being on the Sim menu. But I can only find it on the Town menu in game. Either way, deactivating it does not stop inactive sims throwing parties every other evening.

Prior to this new addition to SP, I used to alter the NPCParty XML myself to stop inactive sims throwing parties. I scrapped the XML in favour of SP doing the job. But when I discovered the parties are not being stopped by SP despite being turned off, I put the 1.63 altered NPCParty XML back it, Still no dice. SP must be overriding it, forcing those inactives to have parties no matter what I try. Oh, brother, I really hate those pesky party invites...

p.s. what I also meant to add, though it may just be a coincidence, is that so far it has been occults that have disregarded the no party rule. I have I good few in my town and the vamps, werewolves, aliens and so forth are the party people that just wont quit. The human population seem, so far, to adhere to the no partying rule. Could just be a fluke. Those rambunctious occults, they think they own the town.
