Texture memory is VRAM, not RAM. The game is only programmed to be able to work with 800 MB of VRAM. We recommend 1024 for the texture memory override, although I'm not sure I've seen anyone report issues using 2048 if their video card carries that much VRAM to begin with. Excuse me!
