Education Major not working for me
I don't think the issue is always a mod conflict. Like Gamefreak_130, I also had the issue with an otherwise fresh setup. However, I've found that the JobsBooter in the Career module is seemingly missing a foreach loop that adds task and jobstatic data. Adding the one present in ActiveCareer's Gener...

University Degree Bonuses for Custom Careers
That is what has worked for me. It is quite likely I totally overlooked an easier way that deals only with the .xml files.

University Degree Bonuses for Custom Careers
I do have an AcademicDegree .xml file, and I associated my career with my custom degree (and a default EA degree) there. When I mentioned editing the .dll, however, I meant the actual .dll (S3SA tag in s3pe?) rather than the .xml file with ".dll" in the name. When the custom degrees are loaded, I do...

University Degree Bonuses for Custom Careers
I forgot to mention that the Education degree and my custom degree only appeared in MasterController's version of the Send Sims to University menu. Neither appeared under the default menu for me.

University Degree Bonuses for Custom Careers
Did you have any luck with this? I still can't get the degree to show up, even with MC. Yes, I did! (Sorry for not coming back to update. I fell down another career-related rabbit hole.) My degree appears as an option (as does the custom Education degree) in the Enrollment Options but ONLY the seco...

University Degree Bonuses for Custom Careers
I haven't tried to associate a degree with a custom career via the .xml alone because I assumed that was left to rest on Twallan's "to-do" list. I'd be interested in this if someone figured it out though! However, associating a custom career with one of the default degrees is pretty simple with some...

Missing RewardTypes in OpportunityBooter's ParseRewards
It's super late, but I finally had a moment to plop Careers v. 88a in my game and test it out. Works like a charm! Thanks a ton, Chain! On a related note, would it be ill-advised to direct people to a mod version that's still under test? Granted, by the time I actually get around to finishing my car...

Missing RewardTypes in OpportunityBooter's ParseRewards
<t>I was trying to make some events for a custom career but found I am seemingly unable to take advantage of all of the RewardTypes listed in the RewardManager. Specifically, I want to use RandomBuff for some variation. My current workaround is just using identical events and swapping out the reward...
