No Autonomous Tickling - What am I doing wrong?

No one knows everything this mod can do. Did you know you can tune the size of your sims nostrils with this mod? I'm kidding.

No Autonomous Tickling - What am I doing wrong?

Post by 68why9 » August 20th, 2017, 3:17 pm

Hello - I have everything set correctly to prevent the daycare worker from constantly autonomously tickling, toss in air, attack with the claw, but it continues. I have it set to false for ALL settings - no one should be able to do it, not babies, toddlers, children, teens, young adults, adults, or elders or pregnant sims - as the actor or the target. User Directed Only is set to true; what am I missing? I hope someone answers - I know sims 3 is old, and even though I own Sims 4 I don't like it - I prefer sims 3 and your mods are a big part of that. Thanks much for a reply.

Hi there, and welcome to NRaas.

You're in the right place, more or less, but the mod specific Issues boards are really more for conversations with our developer, script error log discussions, and bug reports (I know this sounds like one, but Retuner not honoring what should be the right settings isn't really a bug, more of a "How Do I Use this?" type of question). Nothing wrong with being here at all, but these sub-boards don't get much traffic or viewers. The main board, Chatterbox, is really the best place to post questions like this.

The only thing I can offer off-hand is to ask if you have saved (as), quit to the Desktop (or Origin if on 1.69), and reloaded your game since making these changes. Retuner usually takes such actions for changed settings like these to take effect.
