Although the mod I just linked will not stop trait related animations i.e. if it's the sims personality to point and laugh such as inappropriate, evil, mean spirited they will still do it, it just keeps sims whose personality where it doesn't make sense for them to do it

Your welcome LL that one stops alot of stuff that doesn't make sense why would a Friendly sim point and laugh at another sims back well they wouldn't it goes against their personality

I'm gonna try that mod out. Thankfully I already have a mod called idle killer so I don't have to deal with idles anymore, seeing my athletic sim flex 20 times a day just did it for me xD

For what its worth, I like the heckling because it gives me a reason to kill the heckler by invoking a lightning strike or just torture them with alchemy potions. Vial of angry bees and fairy tricks... "make pee self" with the mod from Dramatic-Gamer. I admit being heckled is annoying, which is why I found a way to murder in the sims. Several ways in fact.

Personally I write the names of offending sims in my black notebook, I found on the ground somewhere in town. Surprisingly they always die when I write their names in my notebook... so weird (I take my sim death note everywhere xD)
