Additionally, I converted the Buena Vista lot in Bridgeport into a proper resort. I only added the front desk and the resort tower. After several days of being open, no front desk staff showed up. Is there a way to solve this? I tried to explicitly assign someone at the front desk through Edit Town.

Your log is an attempt by the game to import a tourist. The process has been known to fail occasionally, I would not be too concerned about it.

As for your resort workers : That issue has been reported by others as well. Unfortunately the way EA wrote those services makes it very difficult for Register to manage them.

Most likely EA Standard has gotten confused. I do not have enough experience in the matter to provide any possible solutions though.
