Hope I can upload the register errors I have been getting. Went into "town view" mode and saw that every one of the homeless (for cashier and Proprietor, etc.) are now ALL Proprietors for one site! They are congregated there, and tagger says they are all Proprietors!

I went back to a save before I had the problem with "Smooth Recovery" and everything is OK.

The "Smooth Recovery" issue in another thread, must have totally messed up my game.

After 4 sim days it started again! Trashed the 5 week game after doing "total reset", which didn't help! Something corrupted the game and it's not working anymore! ALL cashiers, consignment homeless, etc. are going to the "Flying V" and becoming Proprietors!

Very annoying, since I was 1 day from putting my game on my new computer (waiting for the screen, which arrives today)! Five weeks down the drain!

I would start looking for mod conflicts and/or outdated mods and if you downloaded any 3rd party CC I'd check to make sure no bad CC was attached

While this probably isn't related or maybe it is but Dolphin's Magic Gardening Gnome depending on which version since there are 2 is outdated there's even a warning by the MTS staff too not put it in your game

Might there be something special or unusual about the lot on which they are converging to do this? Can you try just playing without that lot or does the problem then move to somewhere else in town?

@sittingbear: wasn't aware The Gnome was outdated. Will check it out! Hate those gnomes! But love them to keep my community garden running.Have not downloaded anything else recently.

@igazor: Nothing special about the lot. It's in Starlight Shores and is an EA game placement. I'm ready to TA the LOT and everyone in town! Because, of ONE Proprietor!
For some reason the original Proprietor, keeps having Register issues. I get notices about her. So, I TA'd her to get EA to make another one. BUT, she returned! She's like the devil, can't TA her, because she bounces back, and others set to take her place are ruining my game!
Wondering if my sim kills her, will she disappear? Because I WANT her gone! I don't want to go through the getting the Martial Arts championship again, because some homeless sim won't go away!
It's like Poltergist (spelling) or "Chucky"! They can't DIE! TA doesn't work, so I'll probably have to trash this game!

Sorry for ranting; but, I feel like I'm in Twilight Zone!
Too tired right now. Tomorrow will see if my witch is any better than TA in getting rid of this person!

But seriously tho if you do kill her, don't save the game unless you're sure!

I think maybe deleting that lot from Edit Town or changing the lot type to something that doesn't require proprietors might work. I have not experienced this problem myself tho so I'm just guessing here.

@Sky: thinking about it! Even though they are good friends! Presently I have nothing to lose since I will be changing computers and will have to start over.
