MC CAS Clothes

Post by t888 » March 7th, 2016, 8:33 pm

Of course MC CAS shows all the clothes, thing is I have some mods to completely hide some outfits I don't like at all to both remove from the game and reduce load time and not have to see it. Is there a way to either have MC recognize these mods or a setting to simply show the normal CAS allowed clothes?

Hi t888 .. what mods are you using to hide outfits? I'm not quite understanding what you mean by a way to have MC recognize the mods.
<a href="http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Blacklistin ... or">Kurees Easy CASP Editor</a>? Or are you using the <a href="http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Blacklisting">Master Controller Blacklisting</a>?
There is also settings in MC to use specific settings to compact what is displayed in CAS. Another feature in MC is the ability to completely hide an EP.

Oh, sorry I wasn't aware I needed to be specific about it. Just a mod I made for certain outfits and stuff to hide outfits I hate or remove ones I don't even want to see anywhere (by putting them under NO category) or to recategorize some (like the IP life vests to Swimwear only where it belong IMO). On another website a while back I read a guy's instructions on how to disable some setting in MC, I think regarding 'Hidden' clothes and wrote it down but due to circumstances beyond control a lot of stuff was moved around and I have no idea where it got to. Is that actually possible and how? Where can I find more about the settings to use specific settings to compact what is displayed in CAS you mentioned?

Ok it's a mod you made? A tuning mod? I think someone familiar with the type of mod you made would be better able to answer your question although they would still need to know something about the mod to be able to advise how the game would recognize it if it is something that MC would have any control over.
The best way to hide in CAS is the Blacklisting or the Easy CASP Editor. The instruction you got from someone else sound like it is the Blacklisting function using Dresser and MC.

I don't think it was Blacklisting as they had a similar mod to mine and they mentioned something about importing/exporting settings.

@Chain_Reaction That might be it. I'm not sure. I'll give it a try and see how that goes!
