Relativity Testing & Hybrid Testing

So, these are what I saw:

- NOTE: Considering the test results this update is broken. Advise not to use this and revert to the Hybrid stable version if you have. Though you are free to try this one out at own risk.

Are these means "Hybrid Mod" and "Relativity Mod" are no longer updating then?

No. It means those two particular beta test versions of those mods are flawed and have been sent back to the drawing board. We do not have any newer beta test versions of Hybrid or Relativity to offer at this time, but it doesn't mean that development on those mods has ceased forever.
