Ultimate Invention challenge never completed. not special phone call. how will i handle this ???? game days (300) Is there a way to remove the special phone part ??

I do not believe there is any way to interfere with or force those kinds of skill opportunities to happen by way of mods if the requirements being fulfilled are not getting recognized. Could be mistaken though, you could try with MC. Look under MC > Sim > Basic for Opportunities by Category to see if you can force it to trigger.
If you aren't getting opportunity phone calls generally though, that could be a different issue. This mod helps many who have found that ITF is blocking things other than the ITF-specific ones.
