I've gone to Nraas > Woohooer > Romance to see if Incest was enabled and it says it's not. I enabled it and then disabled it, saved, closed the game file, and reloaded the game file... but one of my adult sims still has the option available to to Rebound Kiss his teenage daughter, his wife having died to a lightning strike. While I wanted to enable romance for everyone I don't want Incest to happen. How can I fix this?

That's odd. Unless there is something special about the Rebound Kiss (our developer would have to answer this) that makes it immune/different from the EA-based block placed on all of the other near relation (blood-related) romantic actions.

Do you get any of the other low-level entries on the Romantic menu between these two sims, such as flirt, compliment appearance/personality, buy flowers, consider attraction, etc.? Do you have kissing removed from the Romantic menu by way of a different option or a mod from another source so that it is really under Friendly?

And are you certain that the game itself still sees these two sims as father-daughter? If the dad is being seen as a stepfather, with or without a genetic connection in some cases that might not be enough of a near relation to activate the block (as unwanted as that would be to many players).

The adult male sim is absolutely her father. I created a male and a female sim and then generated a child between the two of them, so I know for a fact that she's 100% his daughter. Also, it says in game that she is his daughter in the relationship panel and not her step-father.

I don't get any of the interactions for woohooing or romance and I have no idea how to change anything to show or not show so I didn't fiddle around with too much, but he is still able to rebound kiss her and I don't know why.

So our developer knows when he catches up with this thread (and also I am still curious), under which command menu does the Rebound Kiss fall? The two sims you have described should not actually have a Romance menu between them showing up at all. So is there a Romance menu with Rebound Kiss being the only entry or is it showing up someplace else like under Friendly (it can't really be under Funny or Mean, can it?) or on the top level of sim commands with no menu?

I don't see anything special about this interaction in the mod. It looks like it's core blocked unless the Sim has the betrayed and heartbroken moodlets. Do you have any other mods that might be producing this behavior and can you test with only our mods installed?

The Rebound Kiss showed up as a single option under Romance... i think it was because the father was a hopeless romantic as well as heartbroken. It was very strange, and I worried that I would have to delete that game file and start over fresh,

HOWEVER.... I actually figured out what happened on my own! Somewhere along the lines, I had screwed up a setting in Story Progression and as a result, my game wasn't testing any user-directed interactions for near relations, That was why the option was showing up. As soon as I had fixed the setting in Story Progression, the rebound kiss and its weird little one-option romance menu disappeared.
