Not risky enough..
Afraid traits and age do not apply. It uses the percent chance you set plus the fertility treatment chance increase if you set it to do so. It also calculates in the genie's wish for a large family, the magic is in the air buff and the full moon buff. Nothing else applies although that is a good idea.
Not risky enough..
So the percent chance I set is properly working...? It really seems to be more than 1% in my town...

Not risky enough..
I don't even have Woohooer so no risky woohoo for my sims and I still get plenty of pregnancies and nooboos when moving to each new town in my town jump game.
And I don't believe I've changed any of the settings for pregnancy in NRaas SP from their default settings.
So if any of those settings were increased wouldn't that make the 1% for risky woohoo greater?
Just a thought.
And I was also thinking that if it's a new town, it might give SP a greater incentive to add to the population, hence the increased number of risky woohoo pregnancies.
Then as the towns population grows, the pregnancies seem to slow down a bit for most families, except those that are family-oriented who seem to continue having babies, as long as the female is able to, of course! lol

You know, you might be on to something and this will be hilarious if this has been busted all these years. The value is being set as an integer but being read as a float. That would make 1 100% if it's not being converted properly elsewhere which I am not seeing. I'll note it for review.
