Hi there. I think you should check on your translator settings, we do ask that members post in English on this site. Also, please do not post the same question on multiple threads at the same time or else we end up with multiple confusing conversations. The duplicate post on an older thread was removed.

First thing to check, on the sims in question NRaas > SP > Sim Options > Career: Allow Progression > should be True. In case you have been checking on the Town, Household, or Caste levels, this is the one that matters in the end.

Second thing, which careers are we talking about? Is it all of them? Some careers have very strict requirements before progression to the next level is allowed, such as skills learned, number of co-workers befriended, etc.

Third, do things play any differently if you do a test game with all mods removed except for NRaas?

Hello thank you for the answer, sorry ah I did not see it was noted in French, as I use google translation. You say I must set the castle that counts? . I used the Scientific career, and the Veterinary career of MISSY ,
I have almost all the NRASS Mods, and Missy Careers

I am saying check SP's Sim Options, by clicking directly on one of the sims affected. Not by checking on their Household Options. What does it say for Career: Allow Progression?

And do the sims affected have the correct Logic skill required to advance to the next level in those careers?

Thank you for the answer, yes it is noted allow progression on True. He does not have any skills, I will try to make him the skills that ask who are in the green in the bar

Sorry, I said Logic skill but for Level 2 in the Science career it should be Gardening (and maybe Handiness). Whatever it says on the sims' career tabs.
