I met new trouble: after 25-26 august site don't loading without using VPN. Otherwise I get infinite page loading and connection error. Checked on 2 providers and on my mobile internet with few browsers. I think site IP address blocked in my country. So, need any help. :)

I've responded to a similar report from a member in your country recently at MTS who wanted to know if we had disappeared forever or moved again (possibly this was you as well?) and who also solved the problem by using a VPN. If a country by way of a government agency has our site's IP blocked, I don't think there is really much we can do about it unless Chain knows of a way -- being blacklisted by such forces as Firefox or Google can trigger a discussion and a request for reconsideration, but those are not really the same things. It might be worth reporting the issue to an ISP locally as a customer though, to see what information they might be able to provide.

No, I report this first time. Even if I write my provider - it doesn't much help, because anothers ISPs blocking too. In blocked sites list (it's opened) "nraas.net" don't banned, but site IP - yes.

I meant that having this discussion with an ISP might help reveal why the IP is on such a list to be blocked. Or at least in what may be my overly optimistic view of the world that's how I think it should work here in the US. But perhaps it would be better to wait and see what Chain has to say.

Indeed I'm afraid there's not much I can do if Roskomnadzor is blocking our IP address. I find it ironic they've deemed us a threat when I log hundreds of hack attempts from Russian IP addresses a day.

Yeah, they like blocking everything, what they considered as a thread (e.g. Telegram, but he works anyway, lol). How mods for sims can be dangerous - I don't know.
Can you just send emails with info about site blocking to all existed RU-members? I think it's be enough, because they can think site is gone, but it not.

Okay so I don't have you all geo-located except in anonymous statistics and going through resolving IP's to countries would take a while but I did pull anyone with a .RU email address that has visited in the past year and send out an email to them. They should get those as our email server runs off a different IP than the site. A copy of the email is below. You're all welcome to spread the news as well. I'll continue to ponder possible solutions.
Hello,

You are receiving this email because it has come to our attention that Roskomnadzor has blocked NRaas.net's Cloudflare IP addresses thus leaving anyone in Russia unable to access the site. Our records indicate that you have visited NRaas.net in the last year and registered with a Russian email address.

We are unfortunately powerless against this government entity who has deemed our CDN a threat. There doesn't appear to be a way to request unblocking. It appears in time the organization does mass unblockings but these are usually years in between and have no set pattern.

At this time the only recommendation we have is to use a VPN service to access the site. If we have any further updates we will be in contact.

Thank you,
Chain
