Script Errors With Spellbook?

Hi, I recently posted on the sims forum about having some issues with the spellbook. Here is a link to that brief thread:

I discovered that after removing error trap the spellbook worked fine. I tested it several times by removing and adding it over and over again just to be sure and I just wanted to report it so that you guys can test it as well.

That is not the conclusion we came to on the Sims forums. ErrorTrap was, so it was described, reporting an error that was suspected to be due to a conflict with the Spellbook and another unnamed mod from a different source (site). Of course removing ErrorTrap will stop ErrorTrap from trapping and reporting on errors, and that may make the object more usable temporarily, but it doesn't stop the errors we then cannot see from happening. In this case the script errors would be the symptom, not the underlying problem.

We never actually got to see the script logs associated with those errors, though.

I use Kisssing_Toasts KT_StoreFix_Fixes for that resetting effect:
In that zip folder decrapped is this package KT_StoreFix_Fixes_All.package
You do not need to use the other ones.

This worked for me, still

It is not usually necessary to use store fixes nor to decrap store content in order to get it to just work properly.

It is necessary to not use mods from other parties that do not take the store content into account, which is part of the discussion the OP and I had on a different, prior thread not linked to on the EA forums. That is the angle from which I would recommend approaching things first.

well sorry, I bought the spellbook and EA hasn't fixed any issue so, therefore these kind of fixes are helpful.
